Data recovery at Stellar is performed in just four simple steps:
Diagnosis of damaged/corrupted storage media
The customer needs to parcel in the damaged storage media to Stellar Information Systems Ltd. along with an accurately filled in job assessment form which can either be downloaded directly from the company’s website or be requested for at 1-732-253-7302. On receiving the storage media, our engineers perform a thorough, completely non-intrusive diagnostic test is performed in our class 100 clean data recovery labs. Based on the resulting diagnosis, our data recovery engineers evaluate the percentage of the data recoverable from the device. Details of pricing and recoverable data are communicated to the costumers via email, phone, or fax.
Authorization of data recovery and approval of pricing estimate
With the customer’s approval of the pricing and recoverable data estimates, our recovery experts start the data recovery process. These technicians employ the latest tools and technologies to recover maximum data from the damaged media.
Quality authentication of data recovered
After the recovery of all files labeled as critical or important, the technicians perform a simple quality audition to verify the completion of the recovery of the recoverable data. After this the experts perform a quality analysis of the data on the other file folders on the drive to ensure that the recovered files are in usable condition.
Storage media delivery
The recovered data (stored on similar storage media submitted by the customer) will be delivered by Stellar to the customers’ respective addresses. The storage media will be properly packaged.
Extra charge is applicable on the return media.
